Printing Time

Images that are ordered as “print only’ will generally be ready for despatch within 3/5 working days, framed prints 10/14 days. 

Refunds

Refunds will only be considered in relation to physical/framed prints purchased from our website. It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase but as items are made to order we will only consider refunds if the product is not as described or has been damaged in transit. Please take care when ordering as no refund will be issued if you change your mind or order the wrong product.

Damaged or Faulty Goods.

If your print is faulty, misdescribed, or arrives in a damaged condition, you must inform us in writing within 14 days of receipt. Please include a photo clearly showing the damage to both print and packaging. We will then arrange the collection of the goods, and either replace the order for free, or refund the full amount paid. Please note that if we are not informed within 14 days of receipt, we bear no liability for damage sustained. Certain items cannot be returned such as commissioned prints or specialised orders.
